The meanings of the following words and terms used in these Terms are described below:

"Platform"

The ik999 website (https://ik999.lat) and all associated pages, services, applications, and content are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

"User" or "You"

Any person who has registered on the ik999 platform or is using any service on the platform.

"Account"

A single personal account registered in the user's name, through which all services and games on ik999 can be accessed.

"Wager" or "Bet"

Any amount of money placed by a user on any game, sport, or event on the platform is referred to as a "wager" or "bet".

"Balance"

The total amount of funds held in a user's account, which may include both real money and bonus funds.

• Selfie or photo (for identity confirmation)

If verification is not completed within the specified time, withdrawals may be placed on hold.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into ik999:

Deposited funds will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals will only be processed after the account has been fully verified

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

ik999 is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account number. Please verify all details carefully before completing a transaction.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit into ik999, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus — making your total balance ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, the bonus will be capped at ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. The wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagers required before winnings earned on the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The relevant promotion must be active at the time of deposit to receive the bonus
• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date — once expired, the bonus is cancelled
• If bonus abuse is suspected, ik999 reserves the right to investigate the account and cancel the bonus
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household, IP address, or device is not permitted

5.4 VIP Program

The ik999 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% cashback per week. The Silver tier offers up to 0.5% cashback per week. The Gold tier offers up to 0.8% cashback per week. There is an opportunity to advance to higher tiers gradually based on your activity and participation.

6.1 Game Results

All games on ik999 are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and impartial results. Each game result is entirely independent and does not depend on previous results.

6.2 Technical Issues

If your internet connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during gameplay, the wager for that round is saved on the server. Once the connection is restored, the result will be automatically credited to your account. ik999 is not obligated to compensate for losses caused by technical errors.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to place bets on various sporting events, such as cricket, football, kabaddi, and others. If an event is cancelled or suspended after a bet has been placed, ik999 will follow the applicable policy for that situation and may refund the bet amount if necessary.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set separately for each game and event. This information can be viewed directly within the relevant game's interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ik999 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits
• Using automation software, bots, or any other program to operate games or betting
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party funds
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another person's account
• Raising false chargebacks or payment disputes
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in coordination with an organized group

• Registration with false information

• To enforce a self-exclusion request

In the case of permanent closure, any valid balance will be returned; however, if the account is closed due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.
